Auto-Enroll new hire into next available offering for a course

Hi Team,

We have a requirement where the client wants that a new hire employee to be automatically enrolled into next available offering for a new hire orientation course. As per my knowledge this is not possible. Has anyone had such requirement? How was it resolved?
