Able to change lable for right click menus

Transfer Asset in Workforce looks confusing when Capital is enabled. So need some change

Hi

When showcasing one step transfer to client using "Transfer Asset menu". they got confused saying are we in capital module.

So flexibility to change labels will help to customize a little and make application more inline with the terminology
