Third party gender classification
Content
Due to constraints of our third party benefits provider employees who select genders other than male or female (non-binary, transgender) are not being recognized. Due to this we are exploring options of adding a separate flex field beyond gender that would signify a male or female orientation based upon the needs of our benefits provider. If anyone else has run into this circumstance please let us know how you have handled it and what our other options might be.
