Time card Details Dashboard under Human Capital Management category not returning any data

We need to write a report in BIP or OTBI to fetch time card history for submitted or reported hours.

 

When I try to create a OTBI report using the AM - reported time subject area I do not see any data.

 

Also when I run the seeded dashboard available in HCM for extracting reported time data it return NULL.

 

Does anyone have an idea why OTBI is not returning reported or approved data.
