NoPlayableContentException when trying to load a Scorm 1.2 content

edited May 28, 2021 1:04PM in Learning

Summary

the Scorm 1.2 package type is recognised, but the processing fails on this error: NoPlayableContentException

Content

Hello All,

something which we encountered, and for which there doesn't seem to be any info in the knowledge base:

When trying to load a Scorm 1.2 content (which executes properly on a another Cloud learning platform), the processing fails. The content type columns contains "SCORM 1.2", so this at least is recognised.

The upload log starts with this exception however:

oracle.apps.hcm.engagement.learn.core.model.exception.NoPlayableContentException: at... (I'll paste the full message below).

Has anyone faced that before? Anything we can do from this end?

Howdy, Stranger!
