Inactive list of values for address fields

Hello,

I've followed all the steps to manage geographies for the Country Italy in Oracle HCM by the task "Manage Geographies":

1. Define the structure

2. Upload correctly all the geographies values (by Import Management)

3. Validate the Hierarchy (as screenshot)

After that, i cannot see the list of values in address fields or in the location fields. Could someone help me understand why?
