We want to redirect user to Transaction Manager page (aka Quotes List Page) once they login, not Configuration home page. We did not find any option for this so we raised an SR. Oracle support came back and said that Customers have done this in past using JavaScript but Oracle cannot support custom JavaScript changes and cannot help us on this topic.

Has anyone here done this before? which JavaScript file did you change: Alternate JavaScript File or Default JavaScript File or something else?
