Trying to leverage Visual Builder from Visual Builder Studio I'm experiencing some challenges.

First of all, when creating a new Project I'm missing the option to choose the "Visual Application template". Any reason why this option is missing in my environment?

Alternatively, I chose the "Empty template". And after adding a (VB) Environment and a Workspace manually, I'm able to work on a visual application from VB Studio.

I created the Workspace with a "Scratch repository". It was stated that this could be promoted to the app's primary repo later on. According to documentation (
