Summary

Ability to connect the PR number with the Negotiation number eventually with the Negotiation outcome either its an agreement or PO or anything.

Content

Required the availability to connect the PR number with the Negotiation number and eventually with the Negotiation outcome   :

for example ::
If a PR with number (1) was created
then for that PR a Negotiation with number (10) was created
then the outcome from that Negotiation was a PO with number (100)

it is requested to connect the (PR) number with the (Negotiation) number with the (PO) number, which means since a negotiation was created from a PR the negotiation number should be >> 1/10 and when a PO created as an outcome from the negotiation the number should be >>1/10/100
