Approve button not working in email notification of time card approval

Hello,
Hoping to get some insight into an error with the approve button in the email notification sent to managers for approving time cards.
User reported that selecting the approve button directs them to a blank page in the Edge browser.
Image is included as reference. Does anyone know if this error is common or any potential workaround?
