Exchange Rates Form having issues

Cannot load rates using the provided forms or adhoc form after recent patches

Hi,

when trying to load exchange rates using webform and or a smartview adhoc form we're  facing difficulties ie. the cells are showing as read only.

I did wonder whether it was the environment  but we're seeing same behaviour everywhere - so it would seem not to be directly related to metadata changes. We've been using the same form(s) since our initial build and I'm just wondering whether anyone else has had similar issues recently?
