Best Practice for Initiative that Applies only to New Joiners

Hey there

we have courses in which we should only enroll the new joiners so I was thinking of having an initiative with an OTBI hooked to it.

Let's imagine that we have a few thousand people that already took course ABC on our old LMS. We are moving from our old LMS to Fusion Learning and we want to host the course ABC and enroll ONLY the new joiners. We will organise an OTBI with a filter that will enroll only the people who join the company after a fixed date.

The initiative will be set NOT to Withdraw people who are not in the group anymore.
