To find the IAM administrator account password

The password for the IAM administrator account located in the ap-seoul-1 edition was lost.
The login page is this (Click)
If the password is incorrect as shown below, it is printed like this. I tried to find the password, but no email came.
Cloud Tenant : momenthana
User Name : momenthana@kakao.com
 
OCI is not associated with an IDCS account, only this IAM administrator account.
