IDCS should allow adding filter while importing users and groups

When integrating IDCS with Oracle fusion, it should be allowed to put filters on what users or roles should be imported from source system.

Currently all users (Active or Inactive) and All Groups (Custom and Fusion seeded roles) are imported into IDCS.

 

Use Case and Business Need

In Fusion -> IDCS -> OAC integration , Need is to have only selected users and only custom roles created for OAC. There is no need for all fusion seeded roles to be imported as well.
