Setting up Category and Topic communities for browsing: best practices?

Hello,

Our organisation has not used Category and Topic communities for browsing before, but now, as we are moving to 21B where this is going to be the default browsing format, we are thinking about which communities to create in order to organize the learning catalog in the most user-friendly and logical way. We are considering the options below, but would also be curious to hear from other customers about their experience and best practices. Your comments and advice will be especially appreciated because, if I understand correctly, we will not be able to remove/replace browsing communities once they have been created.

Howdy, Stranger!
