Unable to view future dated Document of Records

We are using publish date in DORs however we cant view or edit already published DORs any ideas

Hello, 

We are using publish date with few of our DORs,  however we cant view or edit already published DORs with future publish dates any ideas.. I tried date tacking to future as well but no luck
