Right to Work and Working Time Directive Compliance - UK business
Summary
Would anyone be prepared to share what you are doing with regards to these areas in HCM Cloud?Content
We are implementing HCM cloud (Core HR and Absence) for our UK business.
To fulfil their requirements, we need to track Right to Work documentation and Working Time Directive 'Opt Out' forms and would be interested to see what other customers have configured for this.
For Right to Work, we're going down the path to add additional fields to Passports, Visas & Permits and an area in DOR (Birth / Adoption) doc types to capture the UK accepted documents. It feels quite disjointed from a product stand point, I'm keen to see what other UK customers do to hold this data and what fields you have setup / configured as this doesn't appear out of the box from Oracle.
