What Role/Privilege grants access to edit Scheduled Agent "RUN AS" in OTBI?

Does anyone know what Role/Privilege allows access to update the "Run As" field in a Scheduled Agent for an Analysis in OTBI? I've assigned the following to a test user but the magnifying glass to edit the Specified User does not display.

I've attached a screenshot of the user's view vs. my view. In mine, you can see the magnifying glass where I can specify a user to run the Agent.
