How to reduce the size of a doclet table inserted into a Word report package

When I insert a doclet table into Word the size of the table is to large (see below).
Is it possible to reduce the size of the table ?
Normally when marking a non Narrative table in Word I can just right click it and select "Table Properties" and then change e.g. the preferred width.
But that right click menu does not show for a Narrative table in Word. Also when going to the Layout tab everything is grayed out.
