All, 

I am trying to create a Technician start location and end location and the address is validated to be accurate and unfortunately i see an error - 'Network Error. I tried to create using the steps below.

Here are the steps i have performed in the meantime.
- Select the Resource from the menu option
- Select one of the Resource (click on the resoure icon)
- Click on the Locations
- Click on the Resource Locations Add (+) icon
- You see the screen like i have shared in the image
- Enter the Address in the address bar and click submit
