Changing the employment model from 2-tier to 3-tier architecture at the Enterprise level

Content

Hi Team,

As per the oracle documentation, while changing the employment model from 2-tier to 3-tier architecture, No work relationship should be active as of the effective date changes both the Legal Employer and the Enterprise level.

I am not able to switch while doing the change at the legal employer HCM information level, as expected I got an error stating that work relationship exists for this LE but I am able to switch from 2-tier to 3-tier architecture without any error at the enterprise level. There do employee records exists in the system and still I am able to change the value at the enterprise HCM information level.

Howdy, Stranger!
