Learner view shows Evaluation label twice

• When an evaluation is added as an activity on an offering, the evaluation "name" is visible in the admin view (top portion of attached screen shot)
• When a learner accesses, there is no evaluation "name" visible -- only the word Evaluation twice (bottom portion of attached screen shot)

Has anyone found a way to change either of these labels and make it more meaningful for the learner?  Or is there something we are doing incorrectly in the setup making this redundant label show for learners?
