Dividend Tax on Dividends Paid

Dears,

We need to set a dividend tax on Dividends paid to shareholders.

TAX = Dividend paid x 10%

Accounting entry for Taxation:
Dr Shareholder's Account
Cr Liability - WHT on Dividend Distribution

So we have two requirements:
1- Which module to use for Dividend Payment?
2- How to configure the above tax?
