Project Timecard Approval(PM)-Absences to LM

Summary

Project time card requires approval from Project Manager, if absences are entered/submitted from time card it has to go line manager for approval.

Hello Experts

For our customer , project time card requires approval from Project Manager, if absences are entered/submitted from time card it has to go line manager for approval. 

Project details approval should be routed to project Manager. 
Absence entered in Timecard should be routed to Line Manager.

Any quick help is appreciated.
