How to search Serial Number based on DFF in Manage Serial Numbers Page

The requirement is as below - 

User wanted to search serial numbers based on "Country of Origin" (DFF defined in Manage Serial Number page) in Manage Serial number page. Currently Item / Serial Number is mandatory for search option? can any one had this kind of requirement ? Similar requirement for Lot also.

Page customization is the only option?

Would appreciate if I get a response
