Why can't I see the information for flexfields from subject areas in Results tab?

Hi,

We have Oracle Business Intelligence 11.1.1.9 and Oracle Cloud Application 21B (11.13.21.04.0)

We are development an Analysis using Receivables - Bills receivables real time and we had create a flexfields in Customers we have flexfields configured at the customer's account level, the name field (Zona) is visible in the subject area but not its values, the fields are available for BI, I execute the Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions for Transactional Business Intelligence and the values aren't visibles in the results area.
