Import Accounting Transactions taking more time; sub process ending in Error & not transferring it t

We are trying to Import Accounting Transactions Process to Import FAH Transactions, the process is succeeding, but the JE's are getting Imported to the GL even transfer to GL is set to 'Yes' & Post in GL is set to 'Yes'. If we go query the Trx details in FAH it is in 'Final' Status after Import. Also fe of the subprocesses like Post Subledger Journal Entries: Subprocess, Post Subledger Journal Entries are ending in Error, but create accounting is succeeding. No more details in Log file too. but found one error "ORA-20001: XLA-870557: A system error occurred. Contact your
