Hello Experts,

We are trying to create alerts to be sent for learner or manager based on who is withdrawing from the offerings. If learner withdraws from offering then a notification should go to learner. If learning specialist withdraws learner from offering then notification should go to line manager and offering coordinator. We tried toe learnerLearningRecords resource and reasoncode or statuschangecomment but it doesn't work. Have any of you happen to come across similar situation? Please suggest how this can be achieved if anybody happen to know.
