Summary

How to write a Rule for option dependent operation in work definition based on Transactional Item Attribute (TIA)

Content

I am trying to set a rule in work definition based on Transactional Item Attribute - for option dependent operation. It is explained in Manufacturing user guide undersection - Create an Applicability rule

https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/supply-chain-management/20b/faumf/production-process-design.html#FAUMF2033747

//========================================================================================

Valid rule syntax:

  • Keyword ITEM is used to specify an item, that is, ITEM is equal to 'ATO MODEL 1'.'OPTION CLASS 1'

  • Keyword TRANSACTIONALATTRIBUTE is used to specify a transactional item attribute, that is, 'ATO MODEL 1'.'OPTION CLASS 1'.'OPTION 11'. TRANSACTIONALATTRIBUTE ["Finish"] is equal to "Matte"

Howdy, Stranger!
