Request Non Catalog Learning

Hi,
We have the requirement to add additional fields in the 'Non catalog request' page to capture client specific information.

I have used the 'Learning Request Additional Attributes (WLF_LEARNING_REQUEST_DFF)' and added global segments into it and deployed the flexfield successfully.

But, I am not able to see the new fields added in the 'Non catalog request' page.

Has anyone faced this issue earlier?? Any inputs are highly appreciated!!

Currently we are in 21A.
