Report of Assignments in a flow

I was hoping to have a report of assignments within a flow so that we can use that as the basis to check whether people will be paid during the calculate payroll process.   There are a number of reasons why a person may not generate results in the calculate payroll process, one being that we need not enter suitable elements against them where they are hourly paid and the other may be issues with data entry on the person around grades etc.

 

Please can anyone help.
