Host capacity in Frankfurt

I wanted to test my open source library https://github.com/rusticstuff/simdutf8 on Ampere VMs but I can't seem to crate a 4 core 24GiB VM in the Frankfurt region.

I get

Out of capacity for shape VM.Standard.A1.Flex in availability domain PlFt:EU-FRANKFURT-1-AD-1 

Will more capacity be provided any time soone?
