Notification Error not getting captured in OIC

Notification action is by far the most finicky piece in OIC. Integrations working correctly can suddenly have issues with Notification. The issue, however, is that OIC does not give any error detail as to why the notification failed. The error is ONLY available in logs visible to Oracle.  Also, the overall integration is marked as successful even when the notification action has errored. 

 

Enh 33015886 - Notification Error does not stop the integration or cause it to fail has been filed.

Use Case and Business Need

Everything looks perfect even after a notification action fails. One has to look at the activity log for each integration run to see if there were any failures.
