Edit future participants in a bpm task

Do you know if it is possible to edit the approval chain after the action is submitted?

We configured a lot of approval rules based on organizational information and area of responsibilities. When the action is submitted, the system creates the approval chain and stores the task current and future owners (see the screen for an example). Let's suppose that in the meantime, an Area of responsibility changes and a future task owner (ex Luca Verdi in my screen), should be modified before he receives the notification. How can I do this update? Is there any functionality in order to edit automatical approvers? I know that if you manually add approvers you can edit them but I
