Assessments - can we define rules and definitions?

Hi all,

apparently, when you build assessments via the Oracle functionality (outside of a SCORM package), retake rules and definitions (have the ability to report and track results) can be defined. Can anyone point me to some documentation about this, please? I am not able to find anything on it.
