HRHD - Where to locate What's New documentation

Hello!

We are searching the Oracle Cloud Readiness docs and don't find HRHD within this content.  One of the available documents from the Oracle Cloud Readiness site is an Excel of Cloud Applications Feature Listing (updated every Friday) https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/tutorial/readiness/offering.html?offering=global-human-resources-20  

Here it  appears that the last update for HRHD was 20A.  Is this correct?  Please advise as we are prepping client for 21B update testing.
