Asset Additions doubling up during creation

Hi Experts,

While loading assets via spreadsheet we have come across assets (exceptions) that have doubled up. The original reason for the exception is because the location isn’t available however the entries have doubled up.  However, in the "Create Mass Additions" ADFDI, it's only a single line.  How come the line is getting duplicated with error?
