We understand that employees can't add Candidates that they do not have security per their security role. HR Specialists do have the ability to add employees within their scope (which is typically larger). So we have HR Specialists adding any candidates to a succession plan. However, when a manager goes to see the succession plan, the candidates section shows blank. I understand that managers shouldn't be able to add candidates outside of their security, but why can't they see them after HR added them? What's the point in HR having ability to add candidates to a succession plan if the
