DAVE Function: Traverse previous time cards and get details (hours) in fast formula

I need to traverse previous time cards and get details (hours) in fast formula. I believe Oracle has introduced "DAVE" function to achieve this; am able to use this but I am unable to get the results. If anyone has a working example, please share with the group.

I am calling Function CALL_FORMULA('ORA_WFM_UTIL_DAVE_TIME_SCAN')..

Test case:

I have opened a SUBMITTED/APPROVED timecard and updated existing timecard day hours

e.g. For 07-Jun-2021 => 6 hrs (Original value) and have updated to 4 hrs (new value) 

My Fast formula got triggered and reviewed log messages. (attaching log message details)
