Privileges needed for LM role - Change Manager and Change Assignment

We need to add the Change Manager and Change Assignment tasks to one line manager role so they can update their direct reports info.

What privileges/security functions do we need to add to the role?

I added:

ORA_PER_WORKER_CHANGE_MANAGER_DUTY_OBI
ORA_PER_WORKER_ASSIGNMENT_CHANGE_DUTY

But it doesn't seem to be enough.
