I want to understand how a Customer Contract should be mapped to an Order/ Project in Cloud ERP ( Oracle Product stack we are subscribed to is Oracle PPM, WFM, Order Management and Financials) – they have multiple line of business (as in Services, Products, Installation, Maintainence, warranties etc.) so say they manage, Workforce related services which is fulfilled by WFM, they have some items/Products to be delivered which is fulfilled through OM and they also execute majority of their customer contracts  which has (previously mentioned products and Services together) as
