Future actions section does not display in Employement Info page

I have the "Human Resource Specialist" role

When I use the advance search and enter J+1 in the Effective Start Date, the Employment Info page display the change I entered. 
But I do not see the Future Action section in the as of today version of Employment Info , could you advice me and propose solutions ?
