Content

Have two separate grades (A & with multiple steps and ceiling Step identified for each grade. Both grades are added to one Progression Grade Ladder

A person is attached with this Progression Grade Ladder at Grade A, Ceiling Step. Auto Progression is moving the Grade to Grade B and some random step in Grade B

Questions

  1. Is Auto progression expected to move persons in ceiling step to a next Grade if available with in the progression ladder?
  2. If yes, to question 1, why is Auto Progression moving to a random Step in Grade B instead of Step 1
