Can performance logs in CPQ be used to capture Jitterbit connection issues?
We use Jitterbit to pass data between CPQ and our ERP system. We have been finding that there are occasions where data is being sent to Jitterbit to CPQ but doesn't get into the order in CPQ. It appears that Jitterbit did not connect with CPQ on this call and we are looking for a way to identify these failures in CPQ, possibly using the Performance Logs. We are seeing these errors when the order number created in the ERP system is being passed to CPQ and is not loaded. This of course is frustrating as it prevents any additional
