Where does the learning admin see where an approval has gotten stuck? - View Approval Task

Hi, 

A learning admin would like to view where an approval has got to in the learning request flow. However, they are unable to see the learning approval flow chain via the "View Approval Task". This allowed the learning admin to see who the approval was sat with

Didnt this used to be possible? is there a way to bring this back?

Navigation for the attached as follows: 

My Client groups > Learning > Learners > More Actions > Click on view approval task

Our learning admin does not have access to transaction console.
