Contingent Worker Needs payment methods to add bank account details

Need to capture the contingent worker bank details

I added the "Payment Methods" privilege to the custom contingent worker role, after adding we would able to see the payment methods but the page displays "Access Denied" , please give any possible solution to achieve this .
