Hello,
We are implementing Absence Management for India and this is the requirement -
There are 8 predefined Restricted holidays in a year and employees can avail only two of these in a year. Employees should be able to see the list of 8 restricted holidays along with the holiday dates, but they should only be able to apply for two of these on the predefined dates.
It looks like this is a common requirement for some companies in India. Has anyone configured something similar for India? Any pointers to how this can be configured in Cloud HCM?
