Supplier user is not able to access the negotiation sent by the customer

Hi All,

We have received a new production issue wherein new negotiation has been published & sent to supplier user and when Supplier user tried to access it, he received error message. I checked Supplier user account & it is active. May I know if anyone else has encountered this issue and solution.
