BIP| How to link two data sets/source using outer join.

Hi,

I am working in a report where I have two different data sets A and B . There is a column which is common in both the data sets. I can link both sets using that column but that will be considered as inner join.

I have a requirement where I need to achieve this: A.column = B.volumn(+)

Can we achieve this in BIP on data set level.

PS: I referred this document but did not get the point.(https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/6d32ea39a8)
