Is it possible for line managers to be able to manage the incidents raised by their direct reports and add investigations, actions and events? I have added the Seeded Environment HEalth and Safety Role to my Line Manager role but this allows the Line Manager to view all incidents, not just the incidents raised by their direct reports. Has anyone been able to achieve this?
